Tissue Paper Penguin

The Free Kids Crafts Team has designed this loveable easy to make Tissue Paper Penguin for kids crafting fun and given him some ear muffs to keep him warm.

Supplies
- White Cardstock or Heavyweight Paper
- Black Tissue Paper
- Yellow Tissue Paper
- Cotton Balls or White Tissue Paper
- 2 Medium sized Red Pom Poms
- Red Pipe Cleaner
- 2 Small White Pom Poms
- Tacky Glue
- Paper Plate
- Scissors
- Newspaper
Instructions
- Prepare work surface with newspaper,
- Print and cut out the Penguin pattern on card stock or heavyweight paper.
- Place pattern on newspaper and squeeze glue onto paper plate.
- Take cotton ball and pull a little to flatten. Dip in glue and put on middle of pattern.
- Dip white pom poms into glue and place on penguin eyes.
- Cut yellow tissue paper into pieces approximately 1 1/2″ to 2″ square.
- Crumple pieces into a ball and dip in glue. Place on Penguin beak.
- Repeat the process with the black tissue paper and fill in the rest of the Penguin.
- Bend red pipe cleaner and cut to size for the ear muff holder. Glue ends to Penguin.
- Glue Red Pom Poms to cover ends of Pipe Cleaner.

Instructions
Print and cut out the Penguin pattern.
