Teacher Friendly Educational Extension
Use this Earth Day printable as part of a larger lesson on caring for the environment. Invite children to sort classroom items into reduce, reuse, recycle, and repurpose categories. You can also have them write one new promise under each flap, such as turning off lights, using both sides of paper, or bringing a reusable water bottle. This makes a great bulletin board display or take-home activity for families.
