Make A Craftstick Sled Ornament

The kids will love to make these delightful little craftstick sled ornaments for the tree or decorations for packages. This is a good craft project to make for fund raising efforts too.
Supplies
6 Jumbo Craftsticks
2 Regular Craftsticks
Brown Paint
Small Foam Paintbrush
Holiday Ribbon
Cord
Holiday Trim
Tacky Glue or Hot Glue
Newspaper
Paper Plate
Instructions
Put newspaper down to protect your work surface.
Using the picture as a reference, glue five craftsticks together. About 1/4 way down the Jumbo sticks glue one regular craftstick horizontally as the steering mechanism.
Cut the ends off of the other regular craftstick and glue horizontally approximately 1/4 up from the end of the Jumbo sticks.
Cut the last Jumbo stick in half lengthwise and glue to the underside of the craftstick sled to form the runners. Let dry.
Put small quantity of brown paint in the paper plate and paint your sled.
Make a pretty little bow and glue it with some holiday trim to the sled.
Form a loop with the cord and glue to the underside of the sled to hang on the tree.
