Elmer`s Washable School Glue;
Construction paper
Instructions
To make this Recycled Grocery Bag Vest, cut the grocery sack down the middle from top to bottom and flip inside out.
Cut arm holes in the sides
Decorate the vest with Elmer's Squeeze Creations, buttons, rick rack and anything else!
