Supplies
Printer
Mini Craft Sticks, ice cream scoops or half popsicle stick
Instructions
Click on Printables to print out 2013 graduation caps. Other years are available by clicking on the link below.
Cut out the graduation hats.
Staple them to a wooden ice cream scoop, a half popsicle stick, or a mini craft stick.
Make cupcakes and frost.
Stick the hats into the cupcakes and serve for your celebration.
