Supplies

Ghost Pattern
Tissue Paper: Black and White
Scissors
White Glue
Black Pipe Cleaner or Ribbon

Instructions

Print the Ghost pattern below.
Cut out the outline.
Cut tissue paper into 2″ pieces and crumple into a tight ball.
Dip ball in white glue and place on pattern.
Twist pipe cleaner or ribbon to make a loop and glue to the back of the ghost.

You can also make a Tissue Paper Black Cat to add to your Halloween decorations.
