The fourth Friday in September is Native American Day and the FreeKidsCrafts Team has designed this Paper Bag Native American Vest so everyone can have fun learning more about Native Americans.

Large Paper Grocery Bag
Markers
Scissors
Instructions
Cut sides out of paper bag and then cut a hole large enough for the child's head to fit through. Using the photo as a reference, cut fringe on the bottom of the vest. Decorate your vest with markers.
