Printable Bird Coloring Pages
We’ve started our Printable Bird Coloring Pages to help you identify some of the birds you may find in your own backyard. Not all birds are found in every part of the United States so if you are interested in learning more go to google search and find which birds you can look for in your area. There are also lots of good books in the library that have pictures and information about birds. Bird watching is fun!

Instructions
- Print out the bird coloring pages for each child.
- Set them up with their favorite coloring medium and turn them loose.
Remember that while there are photographs for them to understand the correct colors for each bird when looking for them in their backyards, children are often creative when it comes to color selection.

Your pictures and printouts of the robin and goldfinch are incorrect. The “Robin” is actually a warbler and the picture and printout of a “goldfinch” is actually a rose-breasted grosbeak!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have replaced the goldfinch picture, but to my inexperienced eye, the pictures I researched of the robin seem to be the same. Can you provide me with the correct picture of the robin so we can address that also. Please send it to [email protected].
