This Clothespin Wreath Photo Holder can be made inexpensively from clothespins purchased at your local Dollar Store.
Spread newspapers to protect your work surface.
Paint or dye your clothespins. Dying will give you a neater result since metal does not absorb the dye. To dye, soak clothespins overnight in water mixed with food coloring. The longer you soak the more concentrated the color, the darker your results will be. Set aside to dry completely.
Bend a piece of the wire hanger or craft wire into desired shape and size. Slide on clothespins through the metal spring spacing apart with beads. Dab on hot glue at ends together.
Add a bow and your favorite photos.
