I tried to find the craft on the contributor&#039;s site but it seems to have been removed. It looks to me like they punched 2 or 3 holes in the paper and threaded the rubber band through the hole and inserted a pencil in the loop on the front and another at the back. I think you would need cardboard for the front and back page to keep the paper from tearing. Hope this helps.]]></description>
