- Black Paper or Plastic Plate
- Four Black Pipe Cleaners
- Large Wiggle Eyes
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Cut pipe cleaners in half. Bend into legs as shown in the photo. Glue in place on paper plate.
- Glue on wiggle eyes and there you have it!
