 Hang a lot of these cute original Tissue Paper Ghosts designed by the FreeKidsCrafts team to create a fun atmosphere for Halloween. Easy for little fingers and lots of fun. Supplies Ghost Pattern Tissue Paper: Black and White Scissors White Glue Black Pipe Cleaner or Ribbon
Click here for printables Instructions Click on Printables and print out Ghost pattern. Cut out the outline.
Cut tissue paper into 2" pieces and crumple into a tight ball. Dip ball in white glue and place on pattern. Twist pipe cleaner or ribbon to make a loop and glue to the back of the ghost.
