InstructionsCut a large fish shape out of a piece of card stock. Cut 4" squares of tissue. Crumple each piece into a ball. Glue crumpled tissue on the fish shape making sure to put the pieces right next to each other and completely cover the shape. Make a message on a small piece of card stock such as "#1 DAD" and glue to finished fish.
