Supplies
  • Two Green Pipe Cleaners
  • One Red Pipe Cleaners
  • Five 16mm Jingle Bells
  • Craft Glue
  • Scissors
  • Pen
Instructions
  1. Twist two green pipe cleaners end to end to form one long piece.
  2. Slide on five jingle bells and space evenly.
  3. Wrap tightly around a pen and slide off.
  4. Twist ends together to make a circle.
  5. Twist red pipe cleaner into a bow.
  6. Trim ends. Glue to wreath.
