Instructions

Poke a 1/2 of a pipe cleaner through the toe of the sock. Twist ends together to make a hanger. Draw on a ghost face with a permanent marker. Stuff the toe with cotton and tie a bow underneath to make the head. Cut off the bottom in a zig zag to complete the ghost.
