Pattern Card Stock Foamie Stars Tacky Glue Scissors Red Cord Red Ribbon
Print pattern on card stock. Cut out. Glue blue stars randomly to cover the top half of the heart. Glue about eight small white stars randomly on the blue stars. Glue red and white stars in stripes to cover the bottom half of the heart.
Glue on a red bow with a small white star in the middle. Glue on a piece of cord to the back for hanging.
