Old Mylar Balloon
InstructionsCut the bottom third off the balloon straight across. Fold inside 1" all around and stitch 3/4" from the edge on a sewing machine to make a casing. Leave a small opening. Attach the safety pin to one end of the ribbon. Push it through the casing to make a drawstring.
