Mardi Gras ends the day before Ash Wednesday. People like to celebrate the Mardi Gras carnival by holding parades, parties and wearing colorful masks, costumes and beads.


Supplies

White Paper (Use cardstock or heavyweight papeer if you are going to make a hand held mask)

Scissors

Markers or Crayons

Instructions

Click on Printables and decorate this Mardi Gras  mask with brightly colored paints, feathers, sequins, and paper or fabric trimmings. Cut out and glue to dowel for hand held mask or punch holes and string for mask to fit over your head.
