Can’t get these President pages to open or print.

Sorry about this. Ok I tried something else, see if that solves the problem.
I also could not get it to print, so I went back to the previous page (when the image is a link), I right clicked it and selected “copy image.” I then opened a word doc. and paste it. See if that doesn’t solve your problem! 😉
