Supplies

White Paper Plate

White Garbage Bag

Black Permanent Marker

Pipe Cleaner

Glue

Scissors

Instructions

Turn plate upside down. Draw ghost face on the plate bottom. Cut garbage bag into strips. Glue strips to the bottom of the plate. Make a loop out of a pipe cleaner for a hanger. Glue to the back.
