Green Construction Paper

Gold Pipe Cleaners

Sequins

Star Cut From Gold Paper

Tacky Glue and Toothpick

Scissors

Stapler

Instructions

Accordian fold a piece of green construction paper and staple one end to make a fan. Cut pieces of gold pipe cleaners to make garland. Glue onto fan. Dab glue around the fan with a toothpick and place a sequin on each dab. Glue on the star. Glue on a looped pipe cleaner for hanging.
