Instructions

With an adult's help, bend a wire coat hanger into a diamond shape.

Cut a leg off the pantyhose. Slip the cut off leg over the hanger from bottom to top. Pull tight and tie excess in a knot so it doesn't slip off. Cut off the slack above the knot. Make sure hanger hook sticks out and is not covered.

Use either felt or construction paper to make the turkey parts. Cut out a brown, teardrop shape for the turkey's head. Glue on the wiggly eyes, a yellow beak and a red wattle on the backside. Attach the head to the top point of the nylon so it hides the knot.

Cut out brown wings and orange feet and glue them to the turkey's body. Cut out colored feathers (orange, yellow and red) from construction paper (felt won't stand up) and glue them to the back of the turkey's body so they stick up behind the turkey's back and head. Let dry.

Hang your turkey on a hook or nail on the wall.
