Have you ever wondered what to do with those pretty paint chips after you have finished remodeling your favorite rooms. They are just too pretty to throw away. Here is a simple and easy way to turn them into bookmarks to keep your place in your favorite book.


Supplies

Paint Chip samples

Hole Punch

Yarn

Decorative Punches

Glue

Markers (Optional)

Instructions

Using your favorite punches, punch out designs from one paint chip. We overlapped the white stripe inbetween shades to make it more interesting. Glue onto contrasting paint chip matching up the white lines.

 

Punch hole in top of paint chip strip and insert three or four colorful strands of yarn and make a slip knot to hold.

 

It's that easy. If you don't have decorative punches, have the kids draw their own designs with markers.
