Fold the bandanna in half and glue or sew the edges together.
Fold up one narrow end to form a pocket and turn down flap about 1 1/2 inches. Glue edges to form pocket.
Cut ribbon in two inch pieces and glue to flap and the other narrow end of the bandanna. Cut two strips of ribbon the length of the flap and glue over ends of the ribbon loops. Use the picture as a reference.
Glue foam letters to spell out Moms Memos
Slip dowel through ribbon loops at the top of the memo holder. Cut length of cord or string to tie on the ends of the dowel for hanging.
