For a Water Resistant Outside Project:
Pink and Red Plastic Plates
Pink and Red Plastic Tableclothes
Hole Punch
Scissors
Glue

For an Easier Inside Project:
Use Pink and Red Card Stock
Pink and Red Crepe Paper
Hole Punch
Scissors
Glue

Use printable above or cut your own hearts out of card stock or the flat bottom of plastic plates. Overlap and glue hearts together. Punch a hole in the bottom of each of the larger hearts. If using plastic tableclothes, cut into 1 1/2" strips. String these strips (or crepe paper) through the holes to make streamers. Trim. Punch a hole in the top middle. String another strip though and and tie into a loop for hanging.
