This beautiful Poinsettia is inexpensive to make and will be treasured for years to come.
Size: About 3 ½” diameter
Materials:
Ribbon: 5/8 wide satin or grosgrain
1/8 wide satin for hanging loop
Small colored Christmas balls
White craft glue
Hot glue
Scissors
Cut eight 3” lengths of 5/8 ribbon. Cut off ends diagonally as shown in the photo.Opposite ends measures 2 3/8”.
Bring ends of each ribbon together and overlap points entirely to form a cone. Glue.
Arrange cones in a tight circle, overlapped ends out. Glue together from back where sides touch.
Insert colored balls in center and hot glue in place. Note: You may use one large ball.
Fold narrow ribbon in half and glue ends to back of ornament for hanging loop.
Your ornament is complete!
