Ghost Pattern

Tissue Paper: Black and White

Scissors

White Glue

Black Pipe Cleaner or Ribbon

Click on Printables and print out Ghost pattern. Cut out the outline.

Cut tissue paper into 2" pieces and crumple into a tight ball. Dip ball in white glue and place on pattern.  Twist pipe cleaner or ribbon to make a loop and glue to the back of the ghost.

You can also make a Tissue Paper Black Cat to add to your Halloween decorations.
