Culing Ribbon

InstructionsClick on printables and cut out a bear. Fold on the dotted line. Place a lollipop up inside. Tie a piece of ribbon around the neck. Cut out a Valentine tag. Fill in the names. Tie on the tag and give to someone sweet.
