Here is an easy and inexpensive way to dress the kids for Halloween Trick or Treating.
Supplies
Brown Paper Bag
Straw or Rattan
Glue
Scissors
Scraps of material & trim
Masking Tape
Ball (size of your head)

Instructions
Split bag open and place centered over ball . Press paper with hands around top half of ball to shape.
Hold in place while second person wraps large pieces of tape around to make hat band.
Remove from ball.
Using picture as reference decorate for your own personal scarecrow hat.
