Printable Wrapper
Scissors and Glue Stick
Black or Orange Tissue Paper
Empty Toilet Paper Tube
Curling Ribbon
Small Candies

Cut a piece of tissue paper to wrap around an empty cardboard tube. Tie one end with curling ribbon. Fill the other end with small candy. Tie with curling ribbon. Click on Printables and print out the wrapper. Cut around outside. Wrap around the tube gluing in place.
