As we  near Thanksgiving we often study the history of our country and the Native American Traditions and customs. This Native American Sand Art Arrowhead Necklace is a good craft to commemorate the season and encourage conversation.

Supplies

• Craft Sand
• Brown Card Stock
• Pony Beads
• 3′ Jute
• White Glue
• Markers
• Hole Punch

Instructions

1. Print pattern on brown card stock. Cut out.
2. Cover the arrowhead with a thin layer of white glue. Sprinkle with craft sand, knock off extra. Let dry.\
3. Add details with marker.
4. Punch hole.
5. String a few beads on your jute
6. .String through hole in arrowhead piece. Tie off leaving ends hanging down.
7. Tie beads on each end.
