Recycle those plain vases that come from the florist into a special Valentine gift. You can create and give it as it is or fill with with flowers for that special person. You make also be able to find some of these vases at your local Dollar Store.
Cut tissue paper into various size pieces. Coat a portion of the glass with Mod Podge.
Apply tissue paper in random patterns on the wet mod podge and coat with another layer of the solution. Continue until vase is covered.
Let Dry.
We decided a little gold braid aroiund the top and tied into a bow around the neck added something a little special. Use the shape of your vase to determine how you would like to decorate it.
