Earth Day Helping Hands Craft
This helping hands craft is the perfect classroom or troop project for Earth Day. We used old wallpaper book samplers to make the hands. The kids can also use paper bags, magazine pages, comics or just about any other type of recycled paper. This craft demonstrates to kids that things they do every day can make a difference.

Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22. Events are held worldwide to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970 and is celebrated in 192 countries.

Instructions
- To make Earth Day Helping Hands, have the kids trace around their hands on recycled paper. Cut out.
- Print the earth graphics provided. Use our sayings or make your own. Cut out.
- Staples hands and earths together to make a bulletin board collage.
