This little beaded  penguin will be happy to tag along on someone’s backpack or key chain after the kids have fun making this craft. Kids and grownups both love penguins.

Supplies

• 31 Black Pony Beads
• 18 White Pony Beads
• 3 Orange Pony Beads
• 1-1/2 Yards of Satin Cord
• 1 Lanyard Hook

Instructions

1. Fold your ribbon in half to find the center. Use a half hitch (see patterns for details) to secure it to lanyard hook.
2. Lace beads using pattern below as a guide.
3. Finish by tying off with a double knot.

Editor’s Note: When you have multiple strands of cord going through a bead, a toothpick helps to push the cord through.
