Construction paper
Elmer’s School Glue
Yarn
Scissors
Hole punch

To make hat - trace a large circle on construction paper and cut out

Cut a slit to the center of the circle

Fold circle to make hat - glue in place

Make a hole on both sides of hat and tie a piece of yarn to each
